This recipe was given to me at work from one of my friends. And it is for the making of Wild Pepper Sauce. He said it tastes GREAT and you can put it on any dish in order to spice it up.
1. A handful of Wild Peppers (Add or Take, depending on the hotness level you desire )
2. Cider Vinegar
What you do is take a sauce bottle/container and put the peppers in it. Then fill the bottle with the Cider Vinegar. Then let it sit for 30 days or longer. He made it sound like the longer the better! He mentioned that at times they would boil the peppers first, but other times they wouldn’t. So use whatever way you desire.
Then, when the Wild Pepper Hotness and Taste has really saturated into the Cider Vinegar, use on any dish you desire to spice up! But use sparingly at first- these babies are potent and pack some serious heat!
