Here is another Pequin Pepper planting method that produces great results for those trying it:
First, soak the seeds in whole milk AT ROOM TEMPERATURE away from light for a couple of days. Then plant them in separate containers. Supposedly they do very well and is reported that almost every seed takes and grows to a foot and a half, the first season producing hundreds of Pepper Pods! An added note, that if you smoke, wash your hands with lemon juice before handling seeds.
